Get ready to set your sights on Whistler’s most remarkable backcountry terrain, and enjoy the views as your guide skillfully leads you to snow-covered evergreens leading to impressive mountain vistas. This tour is ideal for the whole family! Beginner and intermediate options are available.

Wilderness Ride – Beginner
Beginner tours are specially designed for first-time riders, we will introduce you to the sport of snowmobiling in a safe, exciting and informative environment. On this tour, explore magnificent terrain including wide-open trails and breathtaking views. Children 12 and under ride free on beginner tours.

Wilderness Ride – Intermediate
Experience the next step in adventure snowmobiling! On this tour, aimed at guests with some experience, you can progress into more exciting terrain and tighter trails. Guests should have some previous snowmobile, ATV or jet-ski experience.

Minimum age: driver must be 16 years and have a valid driver’s license.
Children 12 and under can ride with an adult driver free of charge on the Beginner Tour.
Children must be 4 feet (122 cm) tall and fit DOT (Department of Transportation) helmet.
Tour duration: 2 hours (round trip) with approximately 1 hour ride time.
Tour schedule: runs daily at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm*. Days and times are subject to change and availability.
Season: December-April based on the snow conditions.
Tours will run in all weather conditions unless it is unsafe to do so.
Accidental collision coverage of $20 for snowmobiles is included in the package price.
Waivers are required for all tours and if persons are 16 years of age and under they must have a guardian signature.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Your tour includes:
– Professional Tour Guide,
– Brief introduction to snowmobiling, riding tutorial and safety,
– Snowmobile and helmet,
– Mandatory Collision coverage ($35.00 per machine included in the price).

Suggested Clothing:
Wear the same clothing as if you were going skiing, it is recommended that guests dress in layers and bring a warm hat, gloves and sunglasses or goggles as well as warm boots. Waterproof outer layer, gloves, goggles provided if needed.
