Feel the thrill as you carve through Whistler’s pristine backcountry on this beginner-friendly snowmobile adventure. After a brief safety and skills orientation, you’ll follow experienced guides into the breathtaking Coastal Mountains. Ride through towering old-growth forests, climb winding alpine trails, and soak in spectacular panoramic views on a winter adventure that’s perfect for riders of all experience levels.

This snowmobile tour at Cougar Mountain is a must-do for first-time riders and seasoned adventurers alike, this tour is a fantastic experience for the whole family!

Arrive before your tour or stay afterward to enjoy the included Cougar Mountain Day Pass. Explore the Flora & Fauna Snowshoe Trail, try your hand at axe throwing, and take part in a variety of other winter activities—the perfect way to complete a full day of adventure.

Minimum age: Driver must be 19 years and have a valid driver’s license. Passenger 6 years and older.
Children must be 4 feet (122 cm) tall and fit DOT (Department of Transportation) helmet.
Tour duration: 2 hours including instructions.
Tour schedule: runs daily at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm*. Days and times are subject to change and availability.
Season: December-April based on the snow conditions.
Tours will run in all weather conditions unless it is unsafe to do so.
Waivers are required for all tours and if persons are 16 years of age and under they must have a guardian signature.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Suggested Clothing:
Wear the same clothing as if you were going skiing, it is recommended that guests dress in layers and bring a warm hat, gloves as well as warm boots (ski boots are not allowed).
