Q: How do I book the Experience?

Each Experience Voucher includes the information on how to book the experience. Once you received your Voucher you can book your epic experience.

Q: I want to give a Voucher as a gift. Do I need to book a date for the Experience now?

No, there is no need to book a date after your purchased the Experience. Experience Voucher is valid for a 12 months period from the time of purchase. Your friend can decide on the time is suitable for him/her.

Q: What is the difference between e-Gift Card vs Gift Certificate?

Epic Experiences offers e-Gift Cards and e-Gift Certificate which are both can be send electronically to the recipient of your choice.

However, e-Gift Card has additional features that allows customers to make a personalisation on the card by choosing a design and selecting between one of the three different ways of sending an e-Gift Card.

Both Gift Certificate and e-Gift Card can be redeemed towards the purchase of any Epic Experiences packages on our website.

Q: How do I redeem an e-Gift Card?

At the checkout click on link next to “Have a coupon?” and enter your e-Gift Card unique number to redeem it.

Q: How can I use Epic Experiences gift certificate that I received?

Once you added your experience to a shopping cart you will proceed through the checkout.  Look for “Have a coupon?” Click on the link next to it and enter you gift certificate/store credit value.

Q: Does my e-Gift card expire?

Currently in Canada, gift cards do not expire and are protected by law. Check with your local jurisdiction.

Q: What happens if the experience I purchased is lesser value than the amount of my gift certificate? 

Not to worry, the value that is not used will be still available to you. You can access it by login to My Account.

Q: My Voucher expires this month. Does this mean I have to book the experience, or actually take it before the expiry date?

All experiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date.

Q: Can I exchange my Experience Voucher  for a new one?

Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions Exchange Policy.

Q: What does price match guarantee means?

Epic Experiences guarantees that at the time of checkout the price of your Experience Voucher will not be higher than the regular rates charged by the Experience Provider for the same experience.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

Q: Is my personal and credit card information secure?

All information that you share with us is processed through a secure server and is encrypted using SSL (secure server software) with HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) communication. Epic Experiences does not store your credit card information as all the payments are processed via PayPal.
