At Epic Experiences we are providing customers with a wide range of experience packages that we are carefully selecting by partnering with Experience Providers across Canada.

You can access the voucher by login into your Epic account and select My Vouchers Tab. You can download the voucher directly from there. 

No, there is no need to book a date after you purchased the Experience. Experience Voucher is an open-date voucher that is valid for a 12 months period from the time it was purchased. Your friend can decide on the time that is suitable for him/her.
If you would like the voucher to be either emailed or delivered via postal delivery, please provide all the necessary information such as the Recipient’s Address and email. Use the “Notes” section to include the message for us or the Recipient.

You will receive an email with an order confirmation and an attached PDF Voucher. Each Experience Voucher includes contact information on how to book the experience with the Experience Provider.

Yes, please refer to the section in your voucher on How to Book the experience. Having a voucher doesn’t not gurantee your a spot if you just come in. You always need to book in advance with the Experience Provider and bring your voucher on the day of your booking.

We currently don’t have a live availability for each experience that we offer in our online store but we would like to help you to find the right date for you.  If you are looking for a specific date you can always make an inquiry using a Contact Us page. Please include the name of the experience and the dates you are inquiring about for a faster response. 

Currently, in Canada, Gift Cards do not expire and are protected by law. Check with your local jurisdiction.

The voucher has an expiry date. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date it was purchased. 

My Voucher expires this month. Does this mean I have to book the experience, or actually take it before the expiry date?

All experiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date. If your voucher is about to expire and you wish to extend the expiry period by 3 months, you can do so by paying a supplement fee of $20.00 plus any price increase before it expires.

Epic Experiences offers e-Gift Cards and e-Gift Certificate which are both can be sent electronically to the recipient of your choice.

However, the e-Gift Card has additional features that allow customers to make a personalization on the card by choosing a design and selecting between one of the three different ways of sending an e-Gift Card.

Both Gift Certificates and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of any Epic Experiences packages on our website.

Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions Exchange Policy section. The exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the time the experience voucher was purchased.

Once you added your experience to a shopping cart you will proceed through the checkout.  Look for “Have a Gift Card?” Click on the link next to it and enter your gift certificate/e-Gift Card unique code.

Not to worry, the value that is not used will be still available to you. You can access it by login into My Account.

All information that you share with us is processed through a secure server and is encrypted using SSL (secure server software) with HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) communication. Epic Experiences does not store your credit card information as all the payments are processed via a payment processing company. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Sezzle – an alternative payment platform that allows you to pay for your order in installments.
