How does Epic Experiences gifts work?
At Epic Experiences we are providing customers with a wide range of experience packages that we are carefully selecting by partnering with Experience Providers across Canada.

Q: How do I book the Experience?
You will receive an email with an order confirmation and an attached PDF Voucher. Each Experience Voucher includes information on how to book the experience. Once you received your Voucher you can book your epic experience.

Q: I want to give a Voucher as a gift. Do I need to book a date for the Experience now?

No, there is no need to book a date after you purchased the Experience. Experience Voucher is an open-date voucher that is valid for a 12 months period from the time it was purchased. Your friend can decide on the time that is suitable for him/her.
If you would like the voucher to be either emailed or delivered via postal delivery, please provide all the necessary information such as the Recipient Address and email. Use the “Notes” section to include the message for us or the Recipient.

Q: What is the difference between an e-Gift Card vs a Gift Certificate?

Epic Experiences offers e-Gift Cards and e-Gift Certificate which are both can be sent electronically to the recipient of your choice.

However, the e-Gift Card has additional features that allow customers to make a personalization on the card by choosing a design and selecting between one of the three different ways of sending an e-Gift Card.

Both Gift Certificates and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of any Epic Experiences packages on our website.

Q: How do I redeem an e-Gift Card?

At the checkout click on the link next to “Have a Gift Card?” and enter your e-Gift Card unique number to redeem it.

Q: How can I use Epic Experiences gift certificate that I received?

Once you added your experience to a shopping cart you will proceed through the checkout.  Look for “Have a Gift Card?” Click on the link next to it and enter your gift certificate/store credit value.

Q: Does my e-Gift card expire?

Currently, in Canada, gift cards do not expire and are protected by law. Check with your local jurisdiction.

Q: What happens if the experience I purchased is of lesser value than the amount of my gift certificate? 

Not to worry, the value that is not used will be still available to you. You can access it by login into My Account.

Q: My Voucher expires this month. Does this mean I have to book the experience, or actually take it before the expiry date?

All experiences must be booked and taken before the expiry date. If your voucher is about to expire and you wish to extend the expiry period by 3 months, you can do so by paying a supplement fee of $20.00 plus any price increase before it expires.

Q: Can I exchange my Experience Voucher for a new one?

Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions Exchange Policy section. The exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the time the experience voucher was purchased.

Q: What does price match guarantee mean?

Epic Experiences guarantees that at the time of checkout the price of your Experience Voucher will not be higher than the regular rates charged by the Experience Provider for the same experience.

Q: I would like to know the availability for the experience before I buy. 

We would like to help you to find the right date for you. Each of the Experience Providers has its own schedule. Please contact us by including the name of the experience and the dates you a looking for and we will be happy to provide you with the up-to-date information.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Sezzle – an alternative payment platform that allows you to pay for your order in installments.

Q: Is my personal and credit card information secure?

All information that you share with us is processed through a secure server and is encrypted using SSL (secure server software) with HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) communication. Epic Experiences does not store your credit card information as all the payments are processed via PayPal.
