This two hours horseback ride is an extension of our one hour Horseback Riding in Banff tour.
Your Sundance Loop tour will start with brief instruction on horseback riding and safety. Once it‘s done, your horse alongside the professional tour guide will take you along the tranquil Bow River – an area home to wildlife and the thick marshes and grassy meadows. During your trip you will be exposed to unspoiled views of the magnificent Rocky Mountains. Half way through you will pass the historic Cave and Basin, the birth place of Banff National Park. You may also hear sounds of bubbling thermal water from surround pools.
The ride then continues with fantastic scenery as you climb up Sulphur Mountain around the Windy Knoll viewpoint where you can take striking photos of the sweeping landscape before returning to the stables.
