Combining yoga on a stand-up paddleboard is a wonderful way to experience nature while increasing balance and focus. Join for one-hour uplifting yoga practice on the water. This SUP Yoga class includes a bit of everything: stretching, flowing and the most amazing savasana and is recommended for people with previous experience on stand-up paddleboard.
If you can stand on one foot, you CAN do this SUP Yoga class. Get your feet wet with SUP yoga tips and challenge yourself with trying different yoga poses. The water is your studio and the board is your mat.
The class will include a short paddle around the lake, followed by a 45-minute yoga sequence on your stand-up paddleboard. ending off the practice with a peaceful meditation.
