Whether you’re brand new to Stand Up Paddle Boarding, or a veteran, this SUP Boot Camp will give you a great new experience.
The boot camp style fitness class are increasingly popular and there are benefits of the addition of stand-up paddle boarding to enhance your overall fitness for any sport. This is a great way to add a little change to your workout and while taking in the beauty of the water around you. Your workout is on both the land and water. Yes… you may get wet!

This high energy boot camp-style fitness class includes a beach warm-up and a paddle emphasizing speed and agility. Core and strength exercises are performed on the board, in water, with a paddle, following a cooldown on the beach.
The Paddleboarding Boot Camp class is led by a professional fitness trainer. Get ready to join in a Unique Aquatic Fitness Experience!

Valid 12 months

Minimum age: 18 years.
Duration: 1 hour.
Season: May-September, weather permitted.
Class Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 6:30 pm;
Weekends: 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 2:00 pm weather permitting.
Note, a minimum of 3 people is required to run the class.
Must sign a waiver upon arrival.
Your experience includes:
– professional fitness instructor
– SUP board
– life jacket
Remember to bring:
Swimsuit, towel, water, change clothes.
