Want to discover the world famous Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park in British Columbia and try to rock climb there but have no idea where to start? This experience is just what you need!
The Hike and Rapple outdoor adventure will take you into the Skaha Bluffs under the guidance of an experienced and qualified rock climbing guide. You will hike and you will rappel! This tour is very flexible.
The Skaha Bluffs has a bit of everything, you can find many of trails and loops that range from beginner to expert as well as over a thousand of climbing routes that also range from beginner to expert. The sheer variety and choice of routes in combination with the southern Okanagan’s warm climate make Skaha Bluffs a world-class climbing destination. You tell us where (what) you want to explore and we will tailor the hike according to your needs. We start with a hike and we finish with a rappelling session.
Minimum age: 12 years.
Season: May-October.
Duration: 3 hours.
Schedule: 8:30 am until 11:30 am – please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.
Minimum of 2 people are required to run this tour.
All rappelling equipment provided.
Remember to bring/wear:
– sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen),
– weather appropriate clothing,
– closed-toe shoes appropriate for hiking,
– snacks, backpack to carry your things,
1L of water per person is recommended.
