Come to the French patisserie boutique that specializes in classic macarons with a modern touch and carries its own line of organic loose leaf teas.
In this 2.5 hour class, you will learn about the history of the macaron, how to properly do the macaronage, tips and tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation, and troubleshooting. The macarons you will be making are gluten free. You will sample some macarons and have tea from the selection of premium organic loose leaf teas. At the end of the class, you will have a box of your own macarons to take home. All the necessary cooking materials and equipment are supplied by the experience provider. You will enjoy a small cozy group class and fun atmosphere.
Make it a date, bring your mom or friend, great for a team-building activity outside of workplace.
Minimum age: 10 years, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Duration: 2-2.5 hours.
Class runs weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

• You will be provided with all materials and equipment needed.
• 3 Macarons and 1 herbal tea sampling
• Each person in the class will take home approx.30 macarons (the total amount of macarons created by the group divided by the amount of participants.)
