Whether someone is an aviation enthusiast or an adrenaline junkie, our pilots are excited to share their love of aviation by offering a memorable thrilling experience. Thrill Ride in an Extra 300 Aircraft as seen in airshows and the Redbull Air Races.
If you’re a seasoned pilot – come and see the capabilities of the Extra 300 plane. If you have never flown an airplane, no problem! No experience is necessary and get your hands on the controls.
What to Expect:
Upon arriving at the hangar in Burlington, ON you will be greeted by Upright Aviation Academy staff. You will be asked to read, review and sign a waiver form and will be offered a beverage.
The friendly staff will conduct a 10-minute mandatory safety briefing with you.
Then you proceed to the plane, take a few photos, and get strapped in. You’ll taxi out to the runway and go for your flight!
Once in the air experience the Loops – Rolls – Hammerheads – Tumbles – Vertical Rolls – plus you get to fly if you choose!
Upon returning to the hangar, you’ll be offered a snack and beverage
You will have more photo time as well.
Aerobatic Thrill UFly Ride can be arranged for single or groups and you can even request an extra time package for extended city sightseeing thrills.
This is bucketlist experience is a thrill of a lifetime like no other and can make an unforgettable birthday gift experience.
Minimum age: no minimum age but pilots need to weight a minimum of 100 lbs (45 kg).
Children under 18 old must have a parental consent.
Duration: 1hr 45 min with 30-42 min in the air.
Schedule: available daily by appointment between 9 am – 6 pm. Days and times are subject to change and availability.
Maximum plane speed is 253mph.
Experience takes place at Burlington Airport.
No experience is necessary.
