A Balanced Mindset Through Juggling

We are all juggling many things these days. Why not learn to master the skill? Juggling is not only a fun skill to learn, but it’s also an excellent way to improve coordination, relieve stress, clear your mind, and get moving. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of juggling 1 to 3 objects and explore cool juggling variations. They’ll also look at the benefits of juggling and how juggling can promote balance in our lives. Also included will be a warm-up and juggling demonstration at the end.
This experience will be a fun team-building activity or an ice breaker for your event or party.

 

Minimum age: 12 years.
Duration: 1 hour.
Season: all-year-round.
Schedule: by appointment only. Please inquire about the dates you would like to book the experience prior to buying the experience package.
The listed price is for a group of up to 15 people, additional people can be added.
Maximum participants: 25 people.
The participants can access the experience from individual computers via a Zoom link that will be provided before the event.

What’s needed:
Each participant will need 3 round objects and comfortable clothing.
Examples of materials: beanbags, small oranges, limes, potatoes, or other round fruit or vegetables they don’t mind dropping, or tennis balls.
