COVID–19 Safety Update - Epic Experiences

This update applies for the following experiences below:

Our Experience Provider in Vancouver is taking an extra safety measures and doing the following procedures to protect their guests, staff and loved ones:

– Cleaning all equipment used by staff or guests after every use.

– Providing with face mask for each guest on the boat tours.

– Maintaining government recommended social distancing while signing guests up, giving lessons or gearing up.

– Greeting guests at the doors. We will not be allowing any guests to enter the store for the time being.

Here is what they are recommending their guests:

– Please Show up ready to go- Currently we will not be providing change rooms or washrooms and storage will be limited so please come prepared to go right out onto the water.

– If you are sharing a kayak or Seadoo, please only do so with those from your same household.

– Please respect social distancing measures while visiting us so we can keep both you and our staff safe.

– If you have any signs of illness, please stay home
