Our Experience Provider in Ontario is taking an extra precautionary steps and commitment to provide safety and comfort to their guests, guides, and staff. This applies for the following experiences:
Ontario Rafting Adventure with Meal Cruise
If customer experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or have reason to believe you were exposed, and DO NOT come rafting during this time and contact the Experience Provider at the number that shows in your experience voucher to rebook the experience.
Increased Cleaning & Sanitization
Additional cleaning / sanitization / disinfection protocols for all guest areas, vehicles, and equipment will occur multiple times a day. We have ramped up all of our cleaning practices. All touch areas are cleaned and recorded on a regular basis. Guest rafting gear is sanitized after each use.
Rafting Groups
Rafting Tours will be operating as traditionally done. We will be offering all three of our trip intensities and invite you to come join us!
Transportation
We hope to continue transporting our guests by bus to the raft put-in. While on the bus, we will require that all passengers wear a mask. If you would prefer to drive your own car, then you can follow the bus to the put-in. Your keys will be stored in a regularly cleaned, compartmentalized box until your return.
Pre-Trip Screening
We will send a questionnaire and pre-trip checklist in addition to our waiver before arrival. We will be asking you to share the responsibility with each person in your group to bring their own face mask and hand sanitizer. Face masks must be worn whenever guests are inside a building or vehicle.
Employee Screening & Prevention
Each day, our team will go through a pre-shift health screening and will wear a face mask during required tasks.
Resort Activities & Food Services
Meal service will continue and distancing will be made clear for guests to receive meals take-out style from the serving table. Meals are eaten outside on the patio or pontoon, maintaining physical distancing between people of different groups.
